Digital Sovereignty: Sense or Nonsense?
Clingendael and the Internet Society invite you to an online panel discussion on Monday, July 8th, about the current state of digital sovereignty. Panelists will engage with each other and participants to discuss the question: "Digital Sovereignty: Sense or Nonsense?" In other words, what is the usefulness and necessity of digital sovereignty? What are the main challenges to its implementation in practice?
Program The panel includes AlgoSoc postdoctoral researcher dr. Corinne Cath from Delft University of Technology. Other panelists are:

The session will be introduced by Ruben Brave (Internet Society, internet pioneer) and moderated by Maaike Okano-Heijmans (Senior Research Fellow at Clingendael, program leader Geopolitics of Technology and Digitalisation).
