AlgoSoc welcomes visiting researchers, including PhD candidates, and postdoctoral researchers.

Research visits

Researchers interested in a research visit within the AlgoSoc network, which includes the five partner universities; University of Amsterdam, Utrecht University, Tilburg University, Delft University of Technology and Erasmus University Rotterdam, are encouraged to apply for a research visit at one of the partner institutions. An overview of the affiliated partner institutes at the five universities can be found here: https://algosoc.org/partners.

Applicants must contact the relevant research group or faculty within one of the partner universities directly to inquire about the possibility of hosting their research visit.

Distinguished fellowship

Distinguished Fellowships are awarded by AlgoSoc’s Scientific Steering Committee to outstanding scientists and experts.

AlgoSoc’s Scientific Steering Committee can invite renowned scientists and experts from the field to stay at one of the affiliated institutes as Distinguished Fellows in order to deepen collaborations and integrate them into events.

It is not possible to apply for a Distinguished Fellowship, which is awarded exclusively by invitation.
