Bringing together scholars, policymakers, practitioners and societal stakeholders, the conference will explore the opportunities, dilemmas, and governance challenges at the intersection of digital transformation and sustainability transitions.
Keynote lecture
We are delighted to welcome Professor Luca Mora from Edinburgh Napier University, who will deliver the keynote lecture: From Smart Cities to Intelligent Governance: Ten Years of Research Shaping International Policy for Sustainable Urban Futures.
